• Supervise, recommend and provide services to support the objectives of the Fund
• Evaluate appropriate business requirements and liaison with ITD and Business owners to provide new
services
• Supervise and control projects to ensure timely delivery and completion within budget
• Prepare detailed task estimations and project status reports for management
• Conduct Business User meetings to review the progress of the projects
• Liaise with Business Owners and IT to better support new products and services
• Organize and implemented market research interviews and focus groups with project team, assessing and analyzing user requirements.
• Focus on interaction design, information architecture, and user research with all facets of the overall experience delivered to users.
• Manage the process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product.

- Optimize the use of significant and growing base of the industrial knowledge using modern information technology techniques and make this knowledge available internally and externally.
- Analyze and improve the current business process performed by various divisions in the department with IT Solutions as well as assist consultants in order to produce high-quality work.
- Collect information from different stockholders (SME owners and credit officers)
