One of the pre-opining team for 5 star luxury hotel in Riyadh, my responsibility includes:
• Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
• Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
• Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels.
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong comprehensive sales programs.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
• Providing high quality service through services and sales to bank current customers and attract potential customers.
• Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.
• Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures and ensure proper control to minimize losses & control Branch Costs.
• Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Credit Management, and Revenue Generation.
• Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.
• Negotiates with customers on repayment and restructuring loan scheme to update arrears and meeting with them to resolving any problems or complaints
• Responsible for dealing with external and intrnal auditors and inspections and compliance.
• Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services.
• Staff training and development for high employee performance and for achieving the branch objectives
• Reporting internal stakeholders on branch performance.
• Developing reports in regards of branch financial metrics and corporate strategic commitment.
