• My role is to set an action plan to drive the regional retail team of senior relationship managers, relationship managers and officers to meet the company’s budgeted objectives, ensure proper management of relationships and develop additional investment sales business. Within the sales activity the team is responsible to create a new base of clients and propose the proper investment vehicles that matches their desires.
• Among 39 funds "local funds, International funds, Hedge funds, structured notes and private equities" as well as local and international shares portfolios, we work on designing a full investment portfolio solution to meet our client ob jectives.
• My team has succeeded to achieve a growth of 20% in revenues as well as 15% growth on our market share year over year and subject to continue for the coming 3 years by implementing the strategy and action plan which has been set with the retail network of BSF and direct sales.
