To increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for all regions. Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Research and build relationships with new clients. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Assess daily operating controls, INFINITI quality programme, CRM leads, and activity ratios, assuring successful attainment of operational objectives. Analyse stock pricing and aging, as well as departmental performances and expenses, ensuring streamlined operations as per budgetary standards. Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Direct outstanding parts and service cash sales valuations, ensuring synchronised operations. Study the manpower requirement and plan for the new requirement. Also responsible for existing manpower performance individually, provide necessary support and motivation for performance achievement and staff growth.
•Responsible in all branch's in the region to achieve the desired goals Sales Channels for companies and work to raise our K.S.A market share.
•Review the performance of the branch and (Controls the day to day operations).
•Work closely with my management team to insure customer relation majors are met, customer satisfaction are in positive side and customer satisfaction amenities are provided and in excellent condition.
•Making sure of implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and promotional campaign are set by head office.
•Study the manpower requirement and plan for the new requirement. Also responsible for existing manpower performance individually and provide necessary support and motivation for performance achievement and staff growth.
•Ensure proper co-ordination between the New / Used Cars Sales, Service, Parts and Finance & Administration functions of the Region.
•Conduct weekly visits to other showrooms and company facilities in the region to insure adherence to retail standards.
•Manage all aspects of accountability efficiency and within reasonable cost without negatively affecting the Company standard of customer service.
•Communicate & coordinate with every respective director, status on issue relates to the respective area.
•Conduct Weekly Sales/Service Meeting to insure all CSI, Sales objectives are met and on timely manner, also to insure customers concerned are sorted and work flow is being done in line with company policies & procedure
Responsible to plan, organize, supervise, control, and coordinate the work activities and resources within the branches.
Involved in achieving sales target, increasing profits .Oversee stock control. Dealing with customer services issues. Development of rules inside every showroom. Following up on work progress.
Responsible for managing one of the agent brand such as “Tiffany” store in AlKhobar and to training sales staff.
Create marketing plans affective stores strategies to improve sales.
Management of day-to-day operations of five showrooms and supervising more than 20-30 .salesmen and showroom managers.
Administered and managed the launch of one of the biggest
Al-Moallim showroom in KSA in 2006.
Maintained strong relations with Press, Media, TV Stations, Magazines and other parties.
Supervisor of communications and coordinator of official visits.

Arrangement of appointments, official meetings at the ambassador's office.
In charge of internal incomes in the Consular Division.
Continuous follow up of Saudi subjects problems who reside or visit Bahrain.
