• Led to deliver on project/process documentation as part of transition of support to operations.
• Plan, lead and execute the implementation of Lean Operations System across Production and Support Business units.
• Foster the culture of One Group, by knowledge transfer and collaboration across teams in the different brands, sharing and celebrating successes.
• Manage projects from inception to delivery, creating and managing against detailed project information as per PMP best practice. Projects:
• Pharma 4.0.
• Digital infrastructure assessment for production areas transformation.
Oversees the day-to-day operation of an organizations support services departments. Support services departments include Projects, HR, Procurement, IT, EHS, Housing and Administrative Assistance. Sets goals and guidelines for meeting organizational service needs establishes departments budgets, and coordinates with upper management and other teams in how to best support their operations. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of SPIMACO. Projects:
• Riyadh Tower.
• Alkhoubar Tower.
• Abha warehouses.
• Oncology at Qassim Plant.
• Automated New Warehouse at Qassim Plant.
• SAP S/4 HANA migration program.
The Head of Real Estate lead the portfolio of real estate investments, driving the financial success and strategic management of each project from inception to completion. The role demonstrates extensive experience ensuring that each real estate project aligns with our institutions financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategy. It includes:
• Monitoring new tower project progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring the quality.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage beside Business Continuity and DRC.
• Working in an office and on a construction site. Projects:
• Tadawul Tower at KAFD; Fit-out design and implementation project with Samsung CS and Nikken Sekkei.
• Tadawul Datacenter \[Tier IV\] at KAFD from SAMA; Handover, critical facility operation and site preparation (DCIM with HPE).
The role extends to cross functions between internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (SAMA-IT, SAMA FM, SADAD, STC, HPE and Datacenters service providers) for planning and circuits migration, the role includes:
• Work with the stakeholders and procurement team to define and execute strategy for FM.
• Engage with key business stakeholders at GDPS and SADAD.
• Lead subproject teams as required.
• Developing departments KPI by understanding the role and responsibilities for New Company Saudi Payment Co.. Projects:
• New offices 5.07 at KAFD: Fit-out, FM, IT stream, landlord (KAFD-PIF) coordination and transition project.
• SAMA Datacenter 6.41 at KAFD: Turnkey with Raidah Investment Company (RIC) then IT stream to utilize white space.
• Member of Transformation team to New Company (Policies, Processes and Workflow).
• Lead Engineering team for planning, execution, mitigating risks and supervising projects including buildings operation and maintenance (i.e., cleaning, facility maintenance, utilization & occupancy, and security).
• Ensure projects execution quality, time bounded as planned, using resources efficiently and budget.
• Involve stakeholders to assure fulfilling business requirement and cover the gap of expectation.
• Reflect organizational strategic goals to programs, project, and initiatives.
• Allocating and managing space between buildings.
• Creating departments KPI by understanding the role and responsibilities from strategic map.
Projects:
• SAMA headquarter expansion buildings including Datacenter: the project was 460m SAR with SBG (Saudi Bin Laden Group), as program owner had taken the actions to finalize the claims and disputes by a lot of engineering sessions and discussions. Then, it was handed over and fully occupied within two months later.
• SAMA headquarter main building renovation program (creating RFP FIDIC for consultancy services, tendering the design project, negotiation & signing FIDIC contract then revising consultants Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) submittal and reviewing construction documents for tendering stage then for construction).
• KAFD Offices (EPC contract with IDWorks) tendering, analysis, and negotiation.
• KAFD Datacenter \[Tier IV\] (Turnkey with RIC); steering committee member and technical consultant.
• Multibank Cash Centers (MBCC); Technical team leader and steering committee member. The project is 270m SAR in Dammam with fully automation and material handling.
• Physical Security Replacement Program in all SAMAs buildings; Design, Tendering and supervising the execution.
• SAMA HQ Vault Automation: leading engineering team then the project ended with annual maintenance contract agreement and supervision.
Manage the team to provide the functionality of offices equipment, provide and facilitate technology to help SAMA departments to do their daily work. Supervise the contractors contracts and assure the quality of deliverables in the following:
• Office Automation Equipments (Copiers, Faxes and achieving system).
• PBX and landline communication for headquarter and SAMA branches.
• Communication services from different provider (MPLS/ATM/MSAN/GSM 2G, 3G & 4G).
• Banknote Processing System (BP1000, M7); DBO contact. Projects:
• PBX upgrade to IP Telephony system (Nortel.v.7 to Avaya).
• Replacement of SAMA legacy circuits to new technology by fiber optics with STC & Mobily (redundant).
• First SAMA (Banknote Processing System) BPS1000x6
• Second and Third BPS1000 & M7 implementation
• BPS & M7 upgrade contracts.
• Upgrading Building Management System (BMS) in SAMA HQ complex (Design and Implementation).
• Replacement the conventional CCTV to CCTVIP.
• Physical Security Network and SOC/NOC for all SAMA buildings.
Maintain wireless communication of MOI organization in desired level and quality without intrusion or interference and provide detailed technical reports.
The role is to follow up and monitor the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects at Johnson Controls. It is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including resource allocation and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Projects:
• Kingdom Trade Center Project (tallest building at that time), King Fahad Road, Riyadh.
• King Fahd Hospital Project in Dammam City.
