 Contribute to the development of the Project Management strategy, policies, systems, and processes for fulfilling the Project Management requirements in line with the vision, mission and overall strategy of the company.
 Guide team in translating the strategic goals into short / medium term objectives for the department and monitor timely execution and meeting of plans. Ensure the excellence model is integrated within the unit’s policy framework, systems, templates and procedures and covers all its functions
 Provide inputs on the technical aspects of project related to the initial creative concept, preliminary visualization and preliminary cost estimates to guide the development of the business plan and ensure the Project parameters are met in line with agreed project objectives throughout the project development cycles.
 Lead the process of project design including: evaluation of design team, regular meetings with infrastructure consultants, coordination with all concerned Authorities, follow up design time schedules and monitor the progress of design activities.
 Direct the management of various projects within approved project parameters like cost, timelines, functionality and quality to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters and to the satisfaction of business stakeholders and customers.
 Direct the project teams, ensuring the efficient planning and allocation of all resources and implementation of appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all Projects are executed in an efficient and effective manner, meeting or exceeding the overall revenue, profitability and growth targets.
 Provide leadership in building and nurturing beneficial associations with key external stakeholders e.g. (government authorities, clients and outsourcing service providers) in order to ensure that the appropriate level of external services are obtained to the best advantage of the organization.
 Oversee the management, supervision and monitoring of the Consultant and the Contractor working in the construction contract of the project.
 Provide leadership to the Unit - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.

Performs technical work associated with right of ways activities for the negotiation and procurement of right of way for road construction and improvement of roads and utility projects.
Reviews right of way and construction plans.
Prepares preliminary cost estimates.
Responds to inquiries, problems, complaints, or emergencies affecting availability or quality of services, providing information within scope of authority.
Data entry and maintains files, records and reports of right of way activities. Prepares and generates management reports regarding right of way activities.

Job Description:
 Independently develops concepts and strategies for achieving assigned project objectives and operational goals; drafts and modifies project schedules, scopes of work, technical specifications and cost estimates; monitors and modifies schedules and budgets, as needed.
 Prepare Requests for Proposals and Invitations to Bid for projects; formulate selection and evaluation criteria; conducts pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences; attend bid openings; receive, review, and evaluate proposals and bid submissions; gives direction to project consultants, engineer and contractor; negotiate fees and scope of services for projects; prepare and review contracts for administrative approval and execution.
 Responsible for providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of work performed by professional engineers, consultants and contractors.
 Performs a variety of tasks in managing the activities of a project; chairs numerous meetings with consultants, contractors, utilities, governmental agencies, and public entities; supervises and coordinates participation of all stakeholders involved; analyzes and resolves problems, discrepancies, and conflicts; inspects and reviews project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, approves, withholds or amends project payments; evaluate and execute project change orders.
 Prepare progress reports on project activities to keep funding agencies and Borough officials informed; responds to inquiries about projects; gives interviews to the media; prepares necessary correspondence associated with projects; maintains documentation on all aspects of assigned projects as the principal point of contact.

The project located on front of exhibition Hall 1 to 4 and includes 4 Halls, 25.810 sq m of Halls space, and 6, 300 car park facilities.
(Total cost = 350 million). 207 days is the duration of the project.
My responsibility is to manage packages related to the structural steel.
