Working for a global and one of the largest photography and image solutions organization as Human Resources Executive, covering a wide range of responsibilities to support the operations in several regions such as UAE, Egypt and Middle East, USA and Europe, Maldives, China, India and the Far East region.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Organizing advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns CVs screening
Scheduling Interviews with candidates.
Assess candidates through phone or face to face interviews.
Liaise with Personnel and Managers to build their recruitment capacity
Fill positions in a timely way
Manage the data base and Applicant Tracking System
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies, and provide vital link between clients and candidates.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines, and using social media to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
Headhunting, sourcing and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions, managing test material and coordinating with the specialists within the company departments.
Screening CVs, selection and shortlisting for directly advertised vacancies.
Monitoring and recording attendance and leaves, book keeping tracks and records, checking on monthly basis and reporting to the management.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Managing and maintain corporate license, labor law and record information on a timely basis. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Arranging for Medical insurance cover of new joiners.
Preparing performance evaluation reports according to managers’ feedback on each employee.
Conducting Career Development Review meetings with employees every six months.
Researching needed trainings for different departments and individuals according to the CDRs, reaching out for training material and agencies, scheduling training sessions in coordination with employees’ time schedules.
Obtains feedback and monitors post training progress of participants to assess effectiveness of training model and makes improvements when necessary.
Create and maintain the electronic and manual records for employees including personnel files, payroll records, annual and sick leave records.
Maintaining full record and filing of employees documentations.
Receive and process staff expense claims relevant to HR
Respond to queries regarding employee pay and leave balances.
Preparing offer letters, drafting employment agreements, welcome notes and termination letters.
Drafting warning letters for Manager’s review.
Coordinating with the General Manager to set up interviews with possible candidates.
Create and maintain the electronic and manual records for employees including personnel files, payroll records, annual and sick leave records.
Maintaining full record and filing of employee's documentations.

Liaising with the PRO to process employees’ visas, preparing and recording contracts with the ministry of labour, ensuring employees fully understand their labour contracts and the terms within.
Administrating of all appointments for the departmental staffing areas, arranging all aspects of recruitment and selection of staff
Providing administrative support in respect of all personnel matters.
Providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
