Implementation of Project Management Office
• Designed, implemented, and maintained Program Management Office for IT Delivery Teams. Created a structured and customized project management methodology, developed re-usable templates and introduced standard PM techniques for effective management across projects of varying size and scope.
• Implemented guidelines that drove consistency and compliance around project pipeline management, resource allocation, tracking and reporting, issue /risk management, scope management, and budgeting and forecasting through EVM.
Project Manager- SAP GRC Project
• Managed project to evaluate Logical Security for SAP R/3 4.6c BASIS environment. Evaluated current user roles to improve system performance. Recommended solutions to remediate Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflict issues related to Logical Access for HR, FI / CO, modules using SAP GRC (Virsa Compliance Calibrator & firefighter 4.0).
Project Manager - Global Service Delivery Strategy - Madrid, Manila, Chicago
• Developed and implemented a global follow the sun - IT Service Management process for incident, problem, change, and release management. Built ITIL based support capabilities in Manila and Madrid and re-engineered service delivery model using Mercury ITG and Remedy Agent Desktop Tool. Successful completion of project resulted in delivery of 24X7 IT support, a reduction of 25% in development to production migrations, and a 15% reduction in overall P1 production incidents.

• Managed multiple concurrent IT and business process optimization projects for Accenture CIO Organization.
• Developed Quality Management Database focusing on project management methodologies, internal audits, demand management, IT planning / forecasting, communications, and service delivery processes.
• Worked with executive steering committee to implement a quarterly review process for Business and IT users resulting in an immediate cost reduction of over USD 3 million by closing non-performing projects, duplicated efforts and initiatives that were not strategically aligned or providing measurable business value.

Project Manager - SOX Internal IT Audit Process
• Led team of three analysts to develop process for auditing segregation of duties, identifying control deficiencies and identifying remediation strategies.
• Automated data gathering tasks and conducting training on Protiviti Audit Tool. Effort resulted in implementation of transparent repeatable processes and techniques to conduct SOX internal controls audits.
Project Manager - Data Centre Rationalization/Consolidation Strategically rationalized Data Center and Application Hosting for over 250 IT applications distributed across multiple operating systems (Windows Server 2003, Unix, Solaris), enterprise platforms, and Infrastructure.
• Developed phased migration plan and oversaw virtualization on VMware ESX platform. Effort resulted in savings of over USD $8 million per year in infrastructure and Data Centre hosting costs and a 38 % reduction in IT service management costs.
