Optimize operations of eight warehouses across KSA by managing supply chain, custom clearance, regulatory affairs, procurement, maintenance, and transportation processes. Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources by creating business budget. Define business goals as well as allocate resources for supply chain function in adherence to Al Salehiya overall strategy and direction. Lead and mentor supply chain team with keen focus on steering demand, materials supply, procurement, and supply chain reporting. Deliver proactive support to sales team aimed at reducing expiries for medicine, laboratory, and medical products. Lead and mentor a team of 280 persons in Salehiya.

- Monitor suppliers performance, ensure service level agreements and Key Performance Indicator ( KPI) are meet and drive improvement.
- To manage, select and validate promotions with suppliers, marketing department and execution follow up with stores.
- To select the assortment, the range and manage prices positioning and policy.
- Prepare periodical reports, analyse the efficiency of the Planning and propose areas for improvement.
- Head of different projects ( packaging, sublease, Food to Go).
- Working closely with the warehouse team to follow the stock movement and the deliveries to the stores across the kingdom.
- Planning supply chain schedule in advance in preparation for busy seasonal period.
