Main Responsibilities:
1) I made the visibility study of the project.
2) Follow up the drawing designs with the engineers.
3) Supervise the civil works from A-Z as a project manager.
4) Select the water plant pumps, membranes, SS pipes, from A-Z as quality controller.
5) Control the commissioning of the water plant with the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumping)
6) Follow up the Log sheet report for the plant, 24-Hours.
7) Follow up the daily sales report and control the sales of the water quantity.
8) Follow up the marketing plans.
9) Follow up the maintenance of the machines.
10) Refurbishment & movement of office.
11) Assessment service for customers and members.
My Main Achievements:
1) Increased the production capacity from 800, 000 USG/Day to 1, 000, 000 USG/Day
2) Minimize the time of filling the road tankers.
3) Increased the training of the staff.
4) Increase the environmental ethics and reduced pollution.
Future Ideas:
1) To be an agent for a new product related to water like: Filters, Membranes, Chemicals and pumps.
2) Produce a boottled drinking water.
3) Produce the salt from the rejected water.
This Company is supply Liquid Gas to the restaurants and factories that consuming natural gas.
