Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ) will be a multi-purpose facility located at
Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. Taweelah is located approximately 60km north-east of Abu
Dhabi, between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The project comprises the construction of a container handling facility, an industrial
port and the development of an industrial, logistics, commercial, educational and
residential special economic and free trade zone.
Provide a leading role in the review of the subcontractor’s design documentation
and supervise the subcontractor’s construction and commissioning of each PS to
ensure the design complies with the requirements of the subcontract and to ensure
the construction complies with the subcontractor’s design documentation.
Provide a leading role in the review of material and equipment submittals to assist
in the valuation and assessment of claims and effectively liaise with the Client’s

supply - propane gas installation, central supply - fuel installation (bulk & day tanks
- pumps and lines), external water / fire and irrigation mains, fire protection system
(sprinkler, foam, mist, hose reel, hydrants), industrial laundry - laundry equipment,
boilers, heat exchanger, and calorifier.
Responsible for liaison with various sub-contractors and major equipment suppliers
on a daily basis to finalise shop drawings, monitoring of progress at site.

The project comprises the construction of Sewage gravity network, sewage pumping
station & related work, sewage rising main & valves chambers and irrigation rising main
& valves chambers.
My responsibility is to provide a leading role for Engineering & Construction
management for sewage pumping station and associated buildings (Inlet, screen
chambers, wet well, screening building, MCC odour control building, Generator set
building, Fire Fighting water storage tank & pump room and Site work and
miscellaneous (interlock tiles and boundary wall).
Provide engineering support for valve chambers for Sewage & irrigation rising
mains.
Provide technical support to Commercial and Procurement departments.
responsible for supervision of Sewage and Rain water
drainage and Water supply works for the project. Dubai Festival City is constructed
on 650 hectares of land near the banks of the Dubai creek. Rresponsibilities
include review of technical submittals, coordination with Tenant MEP coordinators,
modification of concept design to suit on-site conditions in compliance with
specified regulations and standards, supervision of on-site construction activity,
material and equipment installations and to coordinate with contractor and sub-
contractors to ensure QA/QS standards are followed.

Responsible for the execution and supervision of all Plumbing works, Water
Filtration System, co-ordination with ADWEA for water main supply to the raw water
storage tanks, Sand filtration and storage of filtered water. Solely responsible for the
preparation of tender documents including quotations for plumbing and fire fighting
works in buildings and towers from the Public Works Department and Abu Dhabi
Municipality, negotiation of prices of plumbing and fire fighting materials with
suppliers, preparation of shop drawings, technical material submission for
consultant and local authority approval, execution of all plumbing and fire fighting
works.

Responsible for the execution and supervision of all plumbing works, liaison with
sub-contractors (Firefighting and compressed air system works) and major
equipment suppliers on a daily basis to finalise shop drawings, Coordination with the
architect for equipment approvals, shop drawings and inspection of services. Lead
an extensive study on a case to case basis to provide alternative solutions to
possible clashes between various critical services.
