Primary Responsibilities
1. Designing marketing campaigns and propaganda.
2. Setting sales deals with other providers as co- marketing.
3. Receiving and giving orientation about Berlitz history and designed programs.
4. Making follow up calls for the customers.
5. Making customers' group schedules and placing customers in the desired groups.
6. Making enrollment and re-enrollment for the old and new customers.
7. Making counseling and surveys within the course and after to make sure of the customers' satisfaction.
8. Putting financial plans and following up customer's receipts.
9. Reporting to the project manager and senior accountant.
Computer Training Team Leader & HR Specialist:
1. Responsible for all computer-related maintenance of the center.
2. Responsible for interviewing new candidates to work as computer instructors.
3. Responsible for the initial training to the new computer instructors and hiring the required number of them.
4. Monitoring the instructors and the students.
5. Lead computer team/task forces.
6. Handle any conflicts or disputes between the instructors and the students.
( Crisis Management)
7. Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
8. Financial Management
9. Giving the technical support for the presentations including supervising them.
10. Sending monthly reports of the outlet of weekly plans.
