SKME is a joint venture of Sudio Kiko Kaisha Group of Japan and Saudi Brothers Commercial Company Group in Saudi Arabia.
• To Liaise with Project Managers, department heads and line managers to identify the hiring needs and selection criteria.
• To devise new recruitment strategies and identifying effective recruitment channels such as Online Job sites, News Paper Advertisements, Overseas Agents etc.
• Fully responsible to handle all overseas manpower recruitment activities; from visa issuance to deployment of workers at company project sites.
• Plan d schedule for recruitment needs as per available visas and requirements of departments and projects.
• Prepare and arrange Job Descriptions in consultation with department heads or project managers.
• To conduct performance Appraisal system and give subsequent recommendations to the management.
• Handling full spectrum of recruitment process;Sourcing of profiles through job portals, job postings, referrals, social networking sites, and head hunting, Initial Shortlisting and recommendations to departments for final decision.
• Send job applications forms to candidates and ask for credentials like experience/degree certificates and reference check.
• Negotiate remunerations package and prepare job offers and employment contracts.
• Overseas Manpower Recruitment - complete follow up with the recruiting Agents for the updated status and recruitment process.
• Provide assistance to newly recruited higher position candidates regarding their visa stamping and deployment in the kingdom.
• Track with the recruiting agents for deployment of workers, finally selected lists, visa stamping etc.
• Arrange for flight booking and accommodation arrangements and transportation from airport for the recruited workers.
• Coordinate with IT/Admin for issuance of desktop/laptop, email id and other stationary for the new hirelings.
• Plan visits of company delegation for overseas recruitment, coordinate with assigned company representatives and arrange all required visa application papers for the delegations. Arrange for flight booking and hotel stay.
• Any other task assigned by the manager.

Achievements in Present Role:

• Successfully accomplished the overseas recruitment of workers for more than 100 visas for my present employer within first few months of my joining SKME, from countries like Pakistan, India, Philippine, Egypt, Jordon, Lebanon and Span in following job roles; Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process Engineers, HSE Manager, QA/QC Engineers, HSE Manager and Engineers, Document Control Officers, Contracts manager Surveyors, Technicians, Forman level staff alngwith Skilled and semi-skilled workers.
• In Addition; I have recruited all above mentioned higher level categories with candidates of multi ethnic backgrounds from within KSA.

Qureshi Telecom & Cont. Co (QTCC) is a telecom and Contracting Company based in Riyadh-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am working here as Coordinator cum Human Resources Executive and performing following tasks and duties,

• I am solely responsible to manage correspondence with local and international clients, buyers and suppliers.
• I am responsible for inter-departmental coordination within company and it’s Pakistan Office.
• I have excellent command over written and verbal communication skills in English language.

I am, also, serving as Human Resources person and performing following duties,
• I am Planning and creating new headcounts as per departmental requirements. Also, preparing job descriptions and budgets for new vacancies.
• Advertising the vacant jobs in Electronic as well as print media of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India and other gulf countries.

• From getting Visa papers (E-wikala) from company to finalizing job trades, visa categories to negotiating proper salaries with clients to coordinating with our offices in India and Pakistan and associate offices in other countries to avoid any errors and misconceptions in recruitment.
• Then, advertising Ads in local newspapers of respective countries, monitoring and coordinating shortlisting process with regional managers and monitoring the deployment process for each candidate.
• After-deployment Support; one of the core features of my job is to provide support and follow up to our clients based in Kingdom, about any issues regarding deployed manpower.

In addition, I am also performing following administrative duties,
• Managing Medical Insurance of 250 employees of company; renewals of expired medical cards, canceling medical insurance of final exit employees and on time renewal of medical insurance policy.
• I have negotiated the rates for company’s medical insurance policy for the year of 2013/14 in assistance with the top management.
• Preparing time sheets for all office staff at month ends and coordination with finance department to make sure necessary deductions have been made.
• Outlook Email Manager; creating new email ids for internal/external communication, deleting or blocking email ids as per management instructions and resolving outlook issues for employees.
• IT related problems trouble shooting; system boot problems, new window configuration, printers and scanners driver updates etc.
• Making travel arrangements for chairman and the senior management
• Plus any other task assigned by the management.
