• Establish contacts with new Clients through reference or by direct approach
• Introduce the company with my existing database of clients and contractors
• Introduce Company Profile to prospective Clients through online channels or personal meetings
• Inviting new prospects to our workshop to have a look around about the company potential and accordingly discuss work in details
• Receive RFQ’s and analyze the same in coordination with the Operations Manager
• Accordingly coordinate with the estimation team for each and every enquiry received
• Prepare quotations once estimation report is ready and accordingly send to customers
• Follow up on status of replies and payments of existing clients
• Submission of sales invoices on timely basis to customers
• Submission of statement of accounts to customers periodically for follow up of payments
• Establish contacts with prospective Clients through reference or by direct approach
• Scan construction magazines, government websites, newspapers and other media for latest job awards and tenders
• Introduce Company Profile to prospective Clients
• Market intelligence and analysis regarding prices and future trends
• Receive RFQ’s and analyze with help of Production Manager, if needed
• Prepare replies to RFQ’s with recommendations to senior management
• Follow up on status of replies and payments of existing clients
• Keep daily diary of activities performed including clients visited and areas covered
• Submission of sales invoices on timely basis to customers
• Submission of statement of accounts to clients periodically for follow up of payments
