Manage the whole project team for accomplishing the project objectives
within the constraints of the project.
Responsible for planning the project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within
the given deadline and also to coordinate with the entire team and with the clients.
Motivate and encourage the team members.
Explain the job expectations and deadlines well, so that there are no losses incurred due
to miscommunication.
To ensure the project is completed within the estimated budget.
Handling and resolving various engineering issues as well as administer material
submittals, as-built drawings, procurement and establish turnover packages.
Collecting and reviewing the site progress with engineers providing information to
improve the work progress and effectively run the project
To make project reports on a timely basis, thereby documenting the progress.
Scope of Works:
Installation of Broken Conductor Relays and accessories in existing 11kV Feeders.
Installation of CBCT in HV cable compartment.
Necessary wiring modification on existing 11kV Feeders.
Pre commissioning Tests for the above equipments.
Provision of all necessary Labor, Machinery, Transport, Tools & Equipments to carry out
this work.
Recover & Return existing Relays to AADC store.
Testing &commissioning of equipment.
Preparation of Commissioning Reports, As Built drawings.
Clearing the sites after completion of works.
Return of recovered materials & un used materials to AADC Store.
Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of broken conductor protection
relay in existing 33/11 primary substation 11KVfeeders
Check and review the preparation, issuing and submit the below
mentioned shop drawings and Their Electrical Load Schedule.
Electrical Cable Tries and Cable Trunking (Power Distribution)
Electrical Schematic Diagram (Riser Diagrams)
Electrical Rooms Details for each level.
Mechanical Plant Rooms Details - Layouts for Electrical Panels.
Motor Control Centre (MCC's & EMCC's)
Earthling and Lightning Protection System.
Electrical Bus bars Risers System.
Electrical LV Room Details.
Emergency Lighting System (Central Battery System)
Fire Alarm System.
Electrical Transformer and RMU Rooms.
Generator Room Layout.
Small Electrical Power & Lighting Layout.
Electrical Builders Work.
Installation of MDB and all connection requirements for
Data Entry OF GIS system.
