•Responsible for taking care of entire boutique
•Understand CRM system and support on client’s information and have ownership on it.
•Follow up on client’s feedback and establish long term relationship with clients.
•Visual merchandising according to brand’s guidelines and standards.
•Provide luxury service to clients.
•Execute the sales plan of the company.
•Strongly contribute to achieve sales target.
•Participate actively in Auditing process.
•Handling more than 40 brands of watches like Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot etc at Rivoli group.
•Leading a team of 6-8 people and ensuring strategies implementation and achievement of sale target.
•To ascertain optimum stock holding in terms of department wise, brand wise, style and option.
•Delegate duties to juniors/ trainees and training the store staff, for better returns in terms of customer service and product knowledge.
