PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
•Monitoring piping, construction activities of the sub-contractor as per project specifications and international codes & standards.
• Monitoring Erection and Commissioning of the equipments at Site.
•Progress monitoring against schedules and verification of progress payment certificates.
•Identifying and resolving engineering Queries and tackling construction problems.
•HSE inspections, site safety walkouts and weekly assessments.
•Updating three weeks look ahead schedule and reporting.

:
Worked as Construction Manager in the conversion of Open Cycle Gas turbine (OCGT) to Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) at Meena Al-Zoor, Kuwait.
•Review Piping drawings/ isometric for the erection of Pipe Works of Main Steam, Feed Water, D.M. Water, Compressed Air, Recirculation & Dosing Pumps, Auxiliary Boiler, Condensate system.
•Erection of Pipe works including all testing’s for the above mentioned system.
•Solely responsible for all technical & financial aspects of the Project to execute smoothly to the full satisfaction of client.
•Managing the site independently to expedite the project within the desired time frame.
•Ramp Coordination & monitoring control measures for fit up & welding continuation.
•Prior arrangement & making advance preparation for fit up & welding of continuing pipe work. This includes anticipated requirement of Overhead Crane, scaffoldings, excavation, Permit to work, HSE concerns & adequate safety measures.
