Responsibilities
• Reporting to Director Operations - Agricultural Services.
• Overall responsible for the day to day operations of Grains Department.
• Responsible for handling of filling and all important documents.
• Looking after the finance activities of department which includes issuance of invoices to local/international clients and their follow up and handling of international invoices from affiliates.
• Handling customer's inquires at front-end and ensuring execution of operations in efficient and effective manner in accordance with the standards as set by SGS.
• Correspondence with the customers and affiliates worldwide.
• Order Acknowledgement to local clients.
• Preparation of In-house lab requests.
• Preparation of Draft Certificates for approval to client and final issuance of certificate
