High rise building LAMAR TOWER, working with ACONEX, review submittals, MEP and CIVIL. Review concrete mixes up to C70. Manage concrete quality, implement approved quality manual. Liaison with consultant
a) Quality management for the ongoing all activities (Electrical, Mechanical, civil)
b) Implement the quality documents.
c) Monitor the quality and testing of FLOW and waterproof concrete mix designs-up to 70Mpa.
d) Review quality plans and Quality manuals.
e) Conduct Inter audits and maintain quality reports+ inspections.
f) Preparing, ITPs, Method statements etc.

Project: - Construction of High Rise Buildings for KING ABDULLAH Financial District at Riyadh KSA
a) Quality management
b) implement the quality procedures and Method Statements, ITPs
c) Implement the internal audit program+ Reporting
d) Manage to control and monitoring the concrete temperature by using Thermocouples of 3.5m deep raft foundations.
e) Manage the site lab for designing and testing of concrete.
f) Monitor the activities of higher independent Lab.

a) Quality Management

Quality management for the construction of precast blocks without reinforcement having weight up to 65ton, each for 35kM long Marina Quay wall-quantity of concrete used approximately-220, 000m3 of 30MPa
a) Implementation of the quality procedures.
b) Monitor and control the heat of hydration by using thermocouples.
c) Monitor the site and independent lab activities for quality control.

e) Using SAP (SYSTEM APPLICATION PROGRAM)

I hvae done BSc(hons) (che) Civil Engineering, and have research in”Behavior of Recycled aggregate with freshly and hardened concrete”
I completed 03 years “Diploma of Associate Engineer” in civil engineering from Sindh technical board Karachi Pakistan in 1978.
