-Develop and facilitates professional training and development, learning initiatives, and training recommendations for specific disciplines.
-Develop guiding principles and strategic direction for internal and external education that meets professional, business and client service needs.
-Select and supervises training staff.
-Evaluate instructor performance.
-Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and determines subsequent training and development priorities.
-Provide consultation to management for development of job-specific training, including research and evaluation and selection of outside consultants and trainers.
-Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product
-Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
-Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
-Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
-Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
-Supervise brand content
-Manage access to brand assets
-Develop brand standards and usage guidelines
-Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
-Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
-Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
-Work closely with departments such as manufacturing and R&D to consult on package and product as it relates to branding
-Write reports, specifications and creative briefs
Sales: - Maximize sales and exceed store set target through effective and continuous stock management, and highest possible levels of customer service. - Analyze daily performance on channel mapping pillars. - Record out of stock departments/lines, slow sellers or price sensitivities through POS active.
-Execute key/promotional events in a timely and systematic way, to ensure on-time delivery in store. - Ensure that daily corrective coaching occurs on shop floor with team. Deliver team execution. - Provide welcome pack to all customers.
Visual Merchandising: - Drive highest possible standards of in-store visual impact by following brand/layout guidelines to deliver brand values ensuring staff execute & update as per all VM instructions. - Drive sales floor presentation and housekeeping/recovery principles to the highest standard by regular walk though & corrective action/coaching. - Live Zones/Dummy Management/Planogram implementation.
Stock loss control: - Achieves defined stock loss targets by improving stock awareness of stock loss issue and implement strategies to reduce stock loss. - Ensure staffs are made aware of previous risks & apply counter measures (Consistently no repeat matters). People Management & Development: - Provide in-store training through daily communication, daily team tables, and product knowledge and on the job coaching. - Identify areas of training needs within the store and develop or arrange programs to address them. - Identify individuals with potential within the store and formulate action plans or allocate additional responsibilities to further their development. - Ensure a development plan is in place and implemented for every member of the team. Administration: - Manage staff related issued by ensuring company policy and procedures are correctly communicated to staffs. - Ensure all operational tools and materials are available for smooth operational run. - Manage store general expenses to ensure cost control measures are in place and maintain effective control.
- Turn customer service to sales by following brand guidance and information on best sellers to maximize sales. - Maintain friendly & approachable appearance. - Execute the sales steps process. - Sell the complete solution (Handset vs. Accessory ratio and Telco). - Increase average transactional value & overall store turnover. - Process all sales and collection of Customer Database in an efficient manner in line with the company procedures. - Offer & execute all VAS to customers and sell Axiom Brand values. - Assist in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures, including correct utilization of security equipment, vigilance to all areas of risk, and completion of all required documentation. - Ensure no repeated matters by consistent execution of plans.
