Major Achievements:-
• Agility North Warehouse (18, 000 Sq ft) warehouse refurbishment completed of USD 3.4 million.
• Solar project for all Sites of 7.4 MW.
• Agility DIP Warehouse (20, 000 Sq ft) freezer refurbishment of USD 174K & ammonia plant with saving of USD 204K per year, also maintaining the warehouse + office in ambient temperature.
• Agility South Warehouse (60, 000 Sq ft): Fuel tank project with monthly saving of USD 5-8K per month, Pharma area upgradation of USD 375K to meet the international standard & sewage treatment plant project with a value of USD 280K with a saving of USD 8k per month.
• In addition, many more.
Key Accountabilities: -
• Handling Procurement and Contract Management. Implementing strategic procurement strategies and processes as per different requirements, new business opportunities & cost reduction strategies that support organizational objectives
• Handling direct/indirect Procurement for 6 warehouses in Dubai with total size of 104, 500 sqm, assistance in regional (MEA) & 6 other subsidiaries. Daily maintenance activities for CCTV systems, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC Systems, chillers, ammonia plant, racking for warehousing, MV/LV Panel, Dock Shelters, MHE/ Forklifts and its spares and any kind of MEP requirement for all the warehouses. Also for core products, Specialty services & all programs.
• Handling direct/indirect procurement for different clients from sectors like Automobiles, Pharmaceutical, retail, Oil & Gas etc.
• Facilities Management (Managing the utilities of the institution through providing of insurance, cleaning, security, agriculture and maintenance (preventive / corrective) services to all organization. In addition, monitoring security standards, health and safety (HSE) to ensure a safe working environment)
• Constructions (Monitoring and supervision of the construction projects)
• Fixed Assets Management (Controlling fixed assets through identifying the locations, tracking of assets, the amount of assets, state assets, maintenance and depreciation of assets)
