for three cities at Dallah Trans Arabia (Saher/ATVAM Project). Managing over than 800 employees, including 3 City Managers, 15 Superintends, and 68 Supervisors. Managing all field locations, including mobile systems, fixed systems, and crossing-red light systems.
o Managing the project from the start point till the end.
o Leading meetings, such as “kick-off meeting”.
o Creating a plan, executing a plan, and adjusting the plan as necessary.
o Define, clarify, and develop project objectives with its schedule plan.
o Be sure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the requirements.
o Responsible for managing all project aspect.
o Lead and motivate the project team, and resolve the team conflicts.
o Manage risks, and human relationship.
o Have been assigned to be a Project Manager for more than 25 buildings in Cast House at Emirates Aluminum Smelter Complex "EMAL", Abu Dhabi, UAE which is consider as the largest Aluminum Complex worldwide. The job required to:
i. Putting plan to be sure that all buildings be erect on time.
ii. Coordinate with Hidada in Jeddah to plan for receiving the materials.
iii. Represent Hidada in weekly coordination meeting to update the client about the weekly progress.
iv. Arranging all manpower, equipments, and tools that each building required.
