Head of the ICT and ELV at SMART GROUP ( SMART MEP SOLUTIONS SESCO LLC, SMART INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS LLC ) September 2016- Till Date Dubai - UAE
• Handling Project tender estimation and Procurement ELV and ICT
• Comprehend and effectively manage customer requirements for ELV systems, and provide techno-commercial solutions utilizing existing ELV systems.
• Effectively manage the installation, and manage internal and outsourced resources.
• Identify, train and develop channel partners who would provide in-fill systems and execute installations as a subcontractor.
• Identify & manage technology partners for technical support .
• Liaise with project consultants, main contractors, MEP & ELV contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and be up-to-date with changing customer trends.
• Project operation and execution for the ELV systems
• Review and verify the project tender such as drawings, specifications, value engineering .
• Arranging the material submittals & method statements for the consultant’s and other parties approval.

• Planning, Developing and Executing ICT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• ICT System’s administration and management
• Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions in defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.
• Responsible and working with supervisors and staff in ensuring adherence to standards, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of application systems.
• Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services on the basis of specific KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures for applications and teams within their span of control.
• Develop team budgets and manage expenditures related to team operations in partnership with other vendors leaders and the PMO.
• Manage and understanding the technical / functional capabilities of the ICT & ELV
• Manage the ICT & ELV division and all related functions within the organization
• Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business
• Support the current and future IcT needs for the business requirement
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Manage day-to-day operations of the project to achieve timely, accurate, and uninterrupted delivery of information and support to end users.
• Security system Consultation, implementation and configuration (GB, CCTV and Access controls )
• Managing ELV Project’s (from Structured Cabling Systems to the Building Management Systems, Security Systems such as CCTV and VMS )
• Data and Voip Networks implementation and management (AVAYA Systems)
• Procure and purchasing of IT required equipment needs for the company and the projects based on the required activities.
• Multi LAN’S Management (Qatar, Saudi, UAE)
• Servers and Data centers administration.
• Design and implement passive and active IT infrastructure for company servers, systems and the (LAN, WAN) networks
• Manage any service agreements with external IT Providers
Managing a team of IT Engineers, technical and developers staff.
• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance .
• Performing routine audits of systems and software.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system
management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions,
and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human
intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
