Managing budgeted sales target of bakery products to deliver the company’s growth objective.
Managing products distribution in all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales and increase Market share through our six sales vans in East Coast area such as Fujairah, Kalba, Dibba And Al Dhaid, Khor Fakhan .

Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins.
Ensure all Tc / credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company.
Ensure products hygiene and freshness in all trade channels to achieve customer’s satisfaction and products & Quality.
Manage all staff members are well equipped with the required skill and knowledge to optimize team Productivity and performance.
Motivate and encourage the sales team to optimize individual potential and productivity.
Work to build and maintain relationship with the customers in order to improve the short, medium & long term success of the business.
Ability to make firm decisions and commit to definite courses of action based upon the best of intuition & logical justification.
Preparations of daily sales and wastage report and forward to Sales Accounts Department.
Preparing the feasibility report regarding our new projects and discuss with the management.
Daily cash collection from Salesmen and deposit in the local Bank.
Managing the Sales and Wastage of our two Showrooms in Fujairah and Khor Fakan.
