Responsibilities as Account Officer
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports. Recording and processing financial transactions.(Journal ledger) Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements using (GAAP)Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare and Control of employees monthly Salaries, payroll and Other perquisites. Monitoring & Maintaining payments, Cheque books, Cash book, General Ledgers, Cash Flows Statement. Prepare income tax, tax returns. Analyze financial data, trends. Assist in both internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation as required.
Additional Responsibilities as Audit Officer
Pre-Audit of all the payment vouchers of the Authority. Examining the accuracy of financial documents and where they stand with laws and regulations As an Internal Audit is to provide independent appraisal of all the activities of Gwadar Port Authority aiming to add value, risk Management and internal control system. Coordinate and act as internal Auditor during external Audit. Scrutiny and physical verification of all work done. Making compliance audit reports. Assess and improve internal controls, risk management processes, and overall operations. Develop and execute audit plans, evaluate internal controls, and make recommendations for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities as Project Accountant of Gwadar Port Projects.
Manage all accounting transactions of the Projects of Gwadar Port. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. Collaborate with project Director to manage project budgets and track expenses. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing project related account information. Prepare financial reports for Project Director. These reports provide information about the projects financial performance and status.
Responsibilities as Computer Operator
Provides data by operating a computer. Making reports from the given Data (Taking sample of sea side of diferent location Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes. Working in MS Ofice (Word, Excel, Power Point)
