• Simplify and Process Complex issue, resolve conflicts
• Implements Policies and Procedure.
• Provides technical direction, coordination, and control in the execution of approved and program.
• Provides overall administrative and technical direction for the following broad HR functional areas: Position Classification, Employment and staffing, Health insurance, leave and compensation, Employee Benefits and Personnel security, Social insurance .
• CO Payroll Management in Liaison With Central Payroll
• Administration Action Forms
• Liaise with Supervisor on interpretation of HR Policy
• Maintaining records and filing system.
• Following staff Sick Repot
• Following staff attends daily
• Following all problems in labor office and labor court. With excellent knowledge of the Sudanese Labor Law required.
• Following Social Insurance office monthly In-Out employee’s from list. As Sudanese social Insurance low.

7-Liaise with Supervisor on interpretation of HR Policy.
9-Maintaining records and filing system.
10- Following staff Sick Repot.
11- Following staff attends daily
