• Managing logistics operations, responsible for cost overheads of approx. AED 95 Million.
• Delivering the Inbound and Outbound activities within agreed SLA and KPI’s
• Budgeting P&L control;

• Warehouse Simplification Optimization WMS - Manhattan ILS Staff Management Transportation fleet management;
• 3pl management. - Transport all over the Middle East through 3Pl contractors
• Accountable for own cost center - completes own budgets, monthly spend, quarterly and annual calculations and forecasts back to through put to run his operation.
• Quarterly forecast on spend predictions for cost savings. 250 million stock units per annum through put.
• Responsible for annual stock take and periodic cycle count, to maintain stock accuracy of 99.9 %
• Resource planning of space/manpower & equipment in line with revenue targets.
• Report to the Senior Operations Manager

• • Business Responsibility:
o Take responsibility for delivering the Business plan / Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Warehouse Management; Stock control:
o Designing Storage facility and inbound process as per Brand’s expectation.

• Planning:
o Planning tools set up for the team that helps operations in planning their resources, Shipping team in planning inbound deliveries and controlling demurrages.
• Logistic Support and Reporting:
o Instrumental in setting up the MIS reporting and Help desk team in Logix and then rolling it out to other countries in Middle East.
• Project Management
o Managed/lead different projects within logistics and worked alongside the project team in successfully delivering the projects as per the agreed timeline. Key projects included
o Project Make Over: Designing Storage facility and Standard operating procedures for Bath and Body Works, new brand of Health and Beauty division.
o Project Stroller: Migration of Mother care H&T inventory to 3pl logistics provider (Agility). Designed and agreed the Migration process with Brand, IT and Audit team
o Project Inventory: To provide the storage solution for inventory and updating the system (WMS & KCC) as per physical inventory. Got a Letter of Appreciation from Chief Operating Officer (COO) for successfully delivering the project.
