Stopped unsafe acts and processes that seem dangerous and unhealthy.
Conducted investigation of all accidents and near-misses.
Be involved in drafting and rolling out action plan to be implemented and rules to follow on site in connection with general and local health and safety policies.
Roll out procedures and tools needed to Implement action plans.
Work with the HR Department to organize training programs.
Perform first aid if necessary.
Identify risky situations, analyze them, suggest corrective solutions, and monitor their implementation.
Preparing of reports on occurrences and providing statistical information to higher management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Observation Reports.
- To ensure that all personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is properly distributed and implemented.
- To conduct health, safety, and environmental awareness training.
- Monitoring the workplace and identify the hazard and unsafe conditions.
- Monitoring the strict implementation of the work permit system (Work at height, hot work, lifting work, Electrical work, etc.)
- Ensure that all employees follow health, safety, and environment rules and receive proper training in the use of the facility equipment.
- Carry out Weekly safety walk-around inspections, record Hazards, and work with the Site Manager /HSE Manager to eliminate/reduce the hazards.
- Responsible for the development of all HSE Training, and Safety Induction for all site Employees and workers.
- Conducting risk assessment reports and identifies all hazards and timeframe is given to relevant departments to minimize these hazards.

Ensuring the Provision of PPEs to all workers working in the workplace.
