Responsible for managing the three main pillars: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Analyzes business needs to help ensure solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge and business acumen.

Reporting to the Senior Director and managing a team of 12+ resources in Business Analysis & CX cloud divisions. Performing & developing POCs/ demos and presentations with the presales team for the on-premise & cloud applications. Preparing the Technical Proposals, BOQ & building the overall solution architecture and Solution design. Administrating & Leading Projects inception, Elaboration, construction and production phases.

Control, manage & define the CX cloud vision, mission & strategy across the company & customer level and performing the cross-selling & up-selling activities for all CX cloud portfolio.

Hands-on configuration & administration experience for the CX & SRM cloud applications. Spearheading Site Management and get customer satisfaction for the solution deployed and support provided.

Build the overall solution’s conceptual, logical, security, integration and physical architecture and ensures that it matches customer’s standards, vision and strategy.
