• Complete 14 days of Six Sigma Black belt Training.
• Lead important process improvement projects.
• Support strategic Black Belt projects.
• Typically work in own functional area.
• Maintain regular duties and work projects.
• Drive Continuous Process Improvement in addition to breakthroughs
• Masters basic measurement tools with understanding of quality tools & statistics.
• Technical process experts.
• Change Agents for group and area of focus.
• Personally will lead minimum 4 projects and sit for certify as Six Sigma Black Belt examination.
