Since I finished the contract in 2006 from the employment in El-Tahaddy University, Sirte, Libya.The nature of the job is strongly connected with teaching; which in itself is an art, and needs to be analysed quite carefully. All the degree-holders are neither inclined towards this profession nor are they competent to do justice with this .
