(Revenue Assurance Supervisor in Korek telecom ( as investigator, also designing databases for making comparison between several kind of databases and systems and providing detailed and summary reports for DCFO and related departments, reconciliation between different systems, leading and supporting RAFP team members.
Responsibilities:
1. To conduct the specified RA activities for PostPaid and to maintain and improve the revenue leakage issues.
2. Entail the day to day running of investigations into suspected revenue leakage events related to Postpaid after conducting a series of measurements and reconciliations and comparisons,
3. Testing UAT and implementing RA application (Subex) to do reconciliations and identify leakage and prevent revenue loss,
4. Interconnect invoices and make the reconciliation between CCN vs MSC CDRs between Korek records and partners data 5. VAS settlement, make the reconciliation between CCN vs MSC CDRs between Korek records and partners data
6. configuring, monitoring the TCG, analyzing and report verification vs different CDRs
7. Using, testing UAT, Identifying key tables and fields which are required for RA and configuring several different rules in RA (SUBEX) application configuring, monitoring the TCG, analyzing the reports and report verification vs different CDRs
9. Interconnect invoices and make the reconciliation between CCN vs MSC CDRs between Korek records and partners data
10. Analysis of Postpaid Sales, Reload and Revenue
11. leading Testing new offer and Random checking of postpaid calls leading the test and Verification data for new offer and random checking of roaming calls.
