Managing a large portfolio of corporate clients, providing end-to-end telecom solutions, with an
emphasis on creating and sustaining long-term relationships with key decision makers. Maintaining
AED 8M/quarter revenue, as well as ensuring incremental revenue through untapped streams.
Monitoring all account activities and ensuring consistent high quality service is provided within
acceptable timeframes. Accurate and timely reporting including pipeline, quarterly and annual
forecasts. Delegate of authority in the absence of the vertical director, assuming all responsibilities
and taking leadership over the team.
Maintain client relationships while providing support to the Senior Relationship Managers and Unit
Heads for their portfolios of high-profile MNC clients. The principal point of contact for a large
portfolio of customers dealing with a range of requests. Tasked with building a long-term relationship
with a portfolio of customers that is founded on: extending efficient and reliable support; quick risk
decisions; managing consistency and quality of operational service; end-to-end solutions.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers. Assisted in lead generation and building sales pipelines. Coordinating with suppliers for order processing.
