Direct and manage the Team of Distribution Sales Engineers.
provid support, training, coaching and development to meet the annual sales and financial budgets of the country.
Work closely with the local Distributor network within the Region ensuring that the Company is the product of choice for the end users - Clients, Consultants & Contractors
Direct and support the local Sales Team to Reinforce & develop business relationships with end users.
Responsible for the Commercial price management of project pricing to Contractors and Distributors for all products.
Responsible for regular and continuous gathering of information about local Water Utilities market
Responsible of setting short and long terms Strategies and the preparation of the Sales action plan for the Region and ensure the coordination with the Management
Collaborate with the Technical Manager & Product Development Manager to support the proper implementation of Sales action plan for the region
Planning, leading and controlling the sales team to achieve forecasted sales targets as set by management
-Directing the company's sales program, assigning sales territories, setting goals & recommending training programs for sales team
-Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that would increase revenues and profits
-Supervising sales and personally handling key accounts
-Following up on established leads or available contacts and building on that by initiating & maintaining long term market contacts
-Following up contracts to ensure support, problem resolution, correspondence and/or reports
-Setting, supervising and evaluating work of sales team. This would involve training the team, guiding & motivation and administering corrective procedures where necessary
-Handling technical and financial issues related to sales proposals
-Provide market and competitor information (features, benefits, pricing) to the management and recommend price changes when/where necessary
-Assist the HoRD in preparation of yearly sales plan to be aligned with corporate strategy and objectives
- Finding solutions for glass processing enquiries.
- Leading glass manufacturing machines sales team.
- Leading technical support team through. installation and maintenance.

-Interface with Company departments to clarify and agree upon their purchasing requirements.
-Check in-stock availability of materials before buying
-Prepare and submit inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate proposals and attest purchase orders. Propose new vendors.
-Maintain a regular follow up to receive on-time replies, quotations and deliveries.
-In coordination with Logistics’ and Workshop teams, maintain up-to-date information on materials’ movements and stocks’ levels Maintain an up-to-date status of purchase orders.
-Occasionally travel locally and abroad to Company’s Customers and suppliers.
-Oil & Gas Industrial Supplies tender estimation.
-Control system design.
-Preparing and design of all the required P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and drawing the required electrical diagrams.
-Equipment Calibration using very advanced smart calibrators (transmitters calibration).
