• Stock proposal for maintenance consumables and spare parts.
• Responsible for control systems availability & reliability.
• Involved in many ESD test, then generated ESD Test Close Out Report.
• Keep track of Instrumentation standards and co-ordinate updates with engineering department.
• follow day by day the maintenance Planning for Instrument department.

Instrument Supervisor
• Responsible for the routine (preventive) maintenance activities for all Instrument equipments in the power plant according to maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for the corrective maintenance and breakdown jobs whenever any breakdown happens and reported by operational staff through a work order generated by the planer.
• Responsible of Preventive and break down maintenance of Frame 6 Gas Turbines, ABB DCS and trouble shouting
• Close the work orders for the completed jobs and fill the feedback and history in the work order with all the observations and notes.

Instrument Senior technician.
• Repairs, calibration and maintenance of all kinds of process measurement and control Instrumentations used in gas process and GE frame 6 gas turbines.
• Worked on Instrument Air compressor packages, control panels for duty/ standby control and loading controls.
• Worked on Instrument Air Dryers with automatic duty selection and regeneration programmed sequence controlled by PLC & DCS.
• Worked on Automatic fire alarm and extinguishing system using CO2 gases and water deluge sys.
• Worked on fire detection systems with fusible plugs.
• Worked on Bently Nevada Vibration monitoring systems
• Worked on velocity pick-up vibration system. (SEISMIC)
• Worked on fire& gas detection system in GE gas turbines.
