- Auditing petty cash logs and make sure that all the costs are charged to the correct cost objectives.
- Designed the Overhead expenses tracking model, and worked as part of the team responsible for its completion.
- Carry out variance analysis against the Estimates at Complete and the Budget, budget control.
- Conduct detailed analysis on historical data to analyze past, current performances and future trends enabling the management to take informed decisions.
- Actively manage the development of the annual Overhead budgets, the quarterly year-end estimates and monthly reviews.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual performance reviews for the Leadership Team meetings.
- Assist during the pricing phase of new projects by providing the Overhead impact analysis caused by the new project.
- Provide short-term and long-term projections for Overhead rates application impacting the projects' pricing and Earn Value Management System.
- Working a part of a Six Sigma team, to reduce the costs associated with the current local processes in finance and increase its efficiency.
- Performing any other activities and tasks assigned by my direct manager (Controller).
I graduated with a GPA of 3.63 out of 5, got a domestic scholarship from the Ministry of High Education in the last Year and a half of my study in CBA. I took my Cooperative Training with Saudi Aramco for 5 months in the Financial Accounting Department, which was a really great experience which enriched my mind and gave me the opportunity to connect the dots between the academic knowledge and the real life experience.
