Managing Design Consultants for concept, preliminary and detailed designs, value management, financial modelling, EIA, consents/approvals/NOCs, prequalification of contractors, preparation of five construction tender packages (2 for gravity/treated effluent networks, 1 for vacuum sewers and 1 for Pumping Stations and Sewage Treatment Plants), tender cost estimation, tender evaluations and contract negotiations/awards for A'Seeb Wastewater Project.
