•Overall responsibilities of execution of amenities within cost time & qualities & safety parameters.
•Handling the charge of sites independently and monitoring all contractual obligations.
•Participate in conceptual development of the project and overseas its organization scheduling and implementation.
•Provide onsite monitoring and progress reports daily.
•Keeps an overall watch on the working of all technical / non-technical staf including 3 project engineering, 7 site engineering 24 no. of foremen of diferent trades with equal number of charge hand.
•Co-ordinates between all subcontractors, consultants, and clients involved to achieve continuous progress at sites.
•Periodically held review meeting to monitor work progress and provide necessary inputs to catalyze by performance.
•Collect overall program from planner and make daily targets to monitor daily progress and resources.
•Prepare indents of equipment's / machine / vehicles and follow up with purchase department overall po's and delivery.
