Product Portfolio Designing
• Identifying & locating prospective international suppliers and manufacturers to add to the company product portfolio for business development.
• Attending sales & technical meetings with new manufacturers
New Business Development
• Responsible for establishing and identifying new business opportunities
• Growing business from existing and new customers through expansion into new subsidiaries & projects

• Preparing and reviewing drawings and project designs for application work
• Supervision on projects during product installation, including handling customer escalations
Product line
• Thermal insulation, Water Proofing, Rubber Flooring (EPDM + SBR), Acrylic sports flooring, Structural Joint fillers(cork), Asphalt coating and Asphalt Stamping.
Project Management
• Heading the complete project from foundation/structure till finish
• Sourcing the raw material. Man power(labour) and resources
• Supervising / guiding the installation of various finish products in the project
New Business Development
• Identifying and locating new prospective clients and projects
• Actively participating in promotional events (construction seminars)
Team Management
• Handling a team of 40 people including architects, site engineers, supervisors, admin team.
• Recruiting and sourcing man power for the projects
Budgeting
• Proper functioning of the projects and maintaining good cash flow for smooth running of the construction without any delays in the work progress
