Main Functions
My responsibility is supervision and follows up laboratory analyses within “chemical and fire assay” analyses and the department of samples preparation. In the field of gold & silver and copper mining.
In Factory Laboratories:
In Fire Assay Dept.:
•My responsibility is performing fire assay techniques, such as fluxing, fusing, and cupelling samples according to written procedures.
•Inspecting samples, crucibles, buttons, and beads to ensure that fire assaying was done correctly.
•Gold testing using fire assay method.
•Follow all quality system protocols, reports discrepancies to supervisor and quality manager.
•Maintains a clean working environment.
•Follow all company health, safety and environmental policies.
In the wet Lab Dept.:
•Carry out analyzes to determine the percentage of cyanide and pH in the samples.
•The use of atomic absorption device to determine the gold, silver, copper and iron ratio in ingots.
•Preparation of standard and chemical solutions for analyzes.
•Use Aqua regia for analyses.
•Carbon testing.
In Geology and Exploration Laboratories:
•Use Aqua regia to extract gold and silver in sample and then determine the ration in ore using X-Ray device.
Main Functions
My responsibility and basic function is supervision and to confirm and follow up production process stages and quality control for raw materials and final products.
•The Acting Quality Manager on his absence.
•Periodic follow up of production stages to check predefined quality standard.
•Follow up the quality control test and issuing packing orders.
•Follow up the modifications on under processing stage products to meet the standard quality.
•Correcting any possible mistakes in production stage by proposing a solution and making reports.
•Taking samples of produced batch to archive.
•Documentation of quality control and quality assurance process.
As Quality Control Engineer:
•Testing inspecting raw material.
•Checking the quality of finished products to meet the standard.
•Measuring and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards.
•Full supervision of the chemical analyzes in the laboratory tests.
•Planning and working to improve products quality.
•Operating and maintenance tinting machine.
Main Functions
Control and follow-up sugar production operations through its various stages, from the cane grinding stage to drying facilities.
•Units: Purification and filtering. Evaporation. Boilers. Crystallization. Centrifugal and dryer.
