Efficiently reviewing purchase requisitions in terms of technical & commercial aspects regarding spot, transactional, strategic, CAPEX & MRO category.

Major Achievements:
Successfully introduced and implemented KPI for procurement department OTIF (On time in full delivery) related to MRO (maintenance repair & operations) spares which increased spares visibility from 10 % to 50 % for plant end users.
Generated feasibility for CMI (Customer managed inventory) regarding temporary spares & equipments utilized during maintenance shutdown operations.
Reduced line detention charges from USD 122, 400 to USD 78, 000 on annual basis by designing & establishing cost controlling model with foreign suppliers for import shipments management.
Introduced “supplier evaluation matrix” to effectively monitor performance in terms of product quality, lead time, delivery cost and number of rejected goods.
