* Designing and implementing Pakistan Internet
* Exchange (PIE) infrastructure based on ATM networks, high-end Cisco’s BPX
and MGX WAN Switches, Cisco 7500 series routers, providing nationwide ATM
backbone and Internet Connectivity to PTCL customers at different bandwidth
across Pakistan.
* Provide services to the support engineers located at Karachi, Lahore &
Islamabad for operations & support.
* Provide 3rd level supports and troubleshooting.
* Develop reliability and security standards for the PIE and fault isolation
procedures to ensure that these standards are met.
* Provide monthly statistics and reports.
* Develop network access procedures for authorization and ensure that these
procedures are carried out.
