Legal Advisor and now as Legal Director and Manager at Centroid Company, my Responsibilities are mainly focused on drafting, reviewing managing various kinds of Services contracts, parternership and JV agreements. Directly involved in the process of Tenders, ITB, ITT, review letter of Awards to see how it conformity to the Law and Regulations. Preparing legal notes to different legal cases, giving legal advice on corporate issues, participating in negotiations on up down stream, pipelines transportation agreements with foreign investors, Preparing and making good contributions and participation in Arbitration and ADR..
My core Responsibilities are quite ranging between drafting and review various kinds of contracts and the ability to prepare legal notes for pre tenders processes and procedures and industry best practices and prepared services contracts for vendors and investors, outstanding experience in handling construction and business contracts in upstream, exploration and development contracts. Contribute in preparing legal documents for litigation and Arbitration. High skills in negotiation with foreign investors and companies regarding administrative, financial and legal issues.
Acting as Legal Director, my responsibilities are quite ranging between drafting and review various kinds of contracts, oil contracts and agreements, JV and parternership . Also iam responsible for giving legal opinions on any issues regarding the institution, Besides assisting and preparing legal documents for Arbitration and Conflicting issues between the parties, leading negotiations with foreign stakeholders as regards the main Project with regards to legal and administrative issues. Helping BOD and higher Executives in solving legal and labour's issues. Giving training to junior legal and secretary staff. Participating in Arbitration matters as an expert in this field.
My responsibilities are quite ranging between drafting and reviewing of proposal of contracts and subcontract with vendors and foreign investors to provide sound legal advice and giving opinion regarding contracts with internal regulations and Laws to protect and Maintaining the company’s best interests. Collaborate with external legal counsel's to provide sound legal opinions and help answering inquiries about any type of disputes issues regarding infrastructures, projects and development contracts. Leading team with excellent communications skills to work with the company's business and preparing legal documents for completing legal process regarding tenders, ITT and other collaborative activities and performance of Contracts requirements for the funding of the project and business, and writing high standards of memo to the corporate agreements and financial services, helping CEO and other higher Executives regarding legal decisions, employment and administrative procedures.
During my studies I actually achieved and involved in projects such as doing researches and making studies relating to the field, participating in active societies,building capacity and conflict resolution projects. One of the and essential project is giving legal assistance to the various institutions about human rights principles and how to resolve conflicts..
