-Achieved Employee of the Month in May 2011 which is given to the employee with the best quality of service and lowest Average handling time figures
-Handling corporate accounts & processing the company’s requests regarding any actions to be done for their voice and data lines.
-Was in charge of activating the new lines & running background checks to the new customers.
