based on STC standards.
• Monitoring and updating the calibration of all Communication testing Equipment and also ensuring that all employees are proper dress up in STC uniform and wearing safety shoes helmet as per STC rules.
• Command on All stc portals such as ICMS, WFMS, ALMONGEZ, ONE VIEW, MINI ONE VIEW, STC DASHBOARD, HDM ETC, NETWORK ANALYZER, ALEPO
• Fixing Systematic issue in system i.e. Change plate id, correct port Selection etc
• Taking feedback from customer after closing TT and Preparing daily reports

• Providing Remote Technical Support of Huawei and Alcatel GPON- FTTH network for field technicians.
• Deal with installation and maintenance, and IPTV ( Invision ) orders.
• Adding, removing and modifying ONT, checking TB/OTB ports and cancel order expediter using Granite system.
• Introduction of customer problems by type of service provided (circuit services, fixed-line and Internet ) in specialized systems (Granite, ICMS, WFM, Xng, ) to route problems to specialized sections
• Dispatch tickets to technicians Using (ICMS and WFM) Systems.
• Follow- up customer problems and directed to do the relevant departments to solve.

• Fixing Systematic issue in system i.e. Change plate id, correct port Selection.etc
• Taking feedback from customer after closing TT and Preparing daily reports
• Keeping close eye on repeated tasks and finding best solution to avoid the task should be repeated.
• In charge of archiving all quality related administrative records.
