1. Strengthening the integration of care for Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) in Sudan through screening, inclusion and scale up of primary level care. 2. Creating environment of good governance for impactful DR care and prevention. 3. Improving access and quality of diabetes retinal care. 4. Improving health information system and medical records enable ophthalmologists to use demographic & socioeconomic data to improve care delivery and patient outcomes. 5. Organize workshops to foster principles of health promotion, prevention, care and rehabilitation of patients with diabetic retinopathy (PWDR). 6. Establishing retinal screening services at the Enhanced (comprehensive) Diabetes Care Units (EDCU). The units focus will be on care for people with diabetes (PWD) who have multiple co morbidities and those with poor glycemic control. 7. Engagement in diabetic retinopathy screening which enhanced my skills in leadership & strategic planning as Ive been in charge of supervising and leading a team of optometrists & endocrinologists and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members meet performance targets. 8. Ensuring availability of technology system like fundus camera, cloud photo storage & other software that support the project mission. 9. Collaborate with internal (specialist ophthalmologists) and external (other specialties & ministry of health) stakeholders to implement evidence-based care pathways. 10. Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans by measuring the prevalence data for both diabetes and vision loss from diabetic retinopathy at the national & state level to optimize program effectiveness & report accordingly to senior management.
Medical & Surgical Eye Care
1. Provides Administrative oversight to the daily operations of the clinics 2. Ensures standards of patient care through QA monitors 3. Understands and works toward meeting current regulatory standards 4. Anticipates physician needs 5. Addresses problems involving personnel, medical staff, patient, families and the general public 6. Defines the overall purpose of the clinics in accordance with hospital goal 7. Plans with education department orientation and in-service training for staff members 8. Plans and evaluates job descriptions annually 9. Responsible for on-going performance evaluation, guidance and development of personnel 10. Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established clinic goals 11. Plans and operates within the approved budget 12. Responsible for cost effective programs 13. Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel 14. Keeps open communication with medical staff 15. Provides opportunities for growth and development of clinic staff 16. Holds staff meetings to provide opportunity for participative planning 17. Responsible for overseeing nurse and support staffing at all clinics 18. Provides direct patient care if needed 19. Performs other duties as assigned
1. Receiving requests for admission to the medical wards for treatment plan. 2. Interview co-patients. 3. Checking the files before presenting them to the specialists. 4. Preparing the treatment plan as instructed by the the specialist. 5. Perform follow up for each treatment plan. 6. Attending ward meetings for case studies.
1. Management coordinator for the medical supplies sections including the medical tourism section. 2. Receiving medical reports & coordinate with the specialty destination accordingly. 3. Interview candidates for any additional medical history. 4. Checking the treatment plan/cost before presenting them to the requesting candidate. 5. Receiving presentations of the prospected medical agencies. 6. Checking products applications before submitting them to the Drug Registration Authority. 7. Co-interview prospected employees. 8. Do monthly statistics. 9. Overview daily tasks for staff. 10. Review quotations should cope with current market trends. 11. Follow up sales reports.

1. Prepare product quotation for Overseas buyer. 2. Review quotation study whether is still up to date with market trend. 3. Follow up sales with oversea branches & monitor the oversea branches sales. 4. Sales contract/ Proforma Inv./ Agreement Issue sales contract and proforma Inv. to buyers. 5. Order to prepare goods for customers. Follow up with Production Planning to ensure the goods can be delivered to buyers on time. 6. Follow up with overseas agents or branches for opening L/C & monitor the payment receive from buyers. 7. Issue Order Requisition Form to inform Materials Section to arrange shipment. 8. Calculate the profit Study, the each transaction net profit. 9. Forecasting & follow up the goods follow up with Production Planning to ensure the goods can be produced on time. 10. Prepare market analysis, product analysis and sales analysis report. 11. Collect the information of product complaint and forward to Product Complaint Committee. 12. Ensure customers made payment on time/ in advance. 13. New product development, to collect the overseas requirements in order to develop the potential products. 14. Seek new markets, contact with potential agents. 15. Prepare the tender document and courier to the related parties. 16. Introduce new products to overseas branches. 17. Follow up with R & D for registration document to ensure the document can be submitted to the related department on time. 18. Monitor the progressiveness of product registration. 19. Packaging Materials Coordinate with R & D, QC, MP with oversea branches for any amendment, or newly design. 20. Participate in marketing activities as CME & product launching. 21. Conduct product training to medical reps.
1. Receiving requests for Consulate approvals including medical reports for the treatment abroad. 2. Checking the applications before presenting them to the Consul. 3. Entering decisions/data into the electronic system designated for that. 4. Generating serial number for each administrative approval.
5. Examining the incoming files and presenting them to the Consul. 6. Administrative coordination of requests to meet the Consul. 7. Interview reviewers.
1. Supervisory coordination for working shifts. 2. Receiving requests for inventory shortage. 3. Checking the purchasing requests before approving purchase orders. 3. Preparing purchasing lists for medical reps accordingly. 4. Entering the inventory into the electronic system designated for that. 5. Make a code for each product category. 6. Reviewing the payment installments of purchased products. 7. Do monthly statistics.
