Managing SMi pumps special project orders either for Aramco, export or local customers. More than 30 special pumps projects managed successfully.
Communicate effectively with all the company's operations departments and team members. Meeting with suppliers and customers for all works related to SMi special pumps projects.
Managing budgets for SMi special pumps projects.
Pumps inquiries study, review & costing preparations.
Managing the daily operations, test program development in SMi pump test station.
Acquiring and gaining UL/FM approval listing & certification for fire applications. Technical review and study of standards, and prepare plan for the project. Communicating and following up all the processes whether with operation dept.'s and teams in SMi or with the approved authority to issue the certification.
*Eigh (8) certificates acquired from UL or FM, so far for the company.
Managing & supervising ENG-CNC workshop and all cnc shop’s related manufacturing activities.
A member in SMi Safety Committee. Maintain health and safety of our workplace.
A member in SMi committee for cost optimization & savings program.
A member in SMi training programs for managing, preparing and supervising induction training programs for trainees (whether for SMi employees or undergraduate students).
