I handled various responsibilities within the Department including- Complaint system enhancing. In addition to PR relationship management with various hotel managers for major Hotels and Resorts in Dubai as well as many major international airlines. I have in addition conducted meetings with various complainants and hotel managers to arrive to fair resolutions for both parties. As well as assisting in the execution and idea formulation of various Road Shows and Marketing Campaigns for DTCM. I also analyzed data and reports received from global offices of DTCM, and would suggest and provide various resources to assist them in their duties abroad.
Organizing time tables and reports for clients. In addition to organizing events and supervising public outings with the clients and as well as over-viewing and preventing safety hazards on the premises.
