Scope of Responsibilities:
1- Planning for sourcing, recruitment, salary negotiation and fixation.
2- Planning, developing and analyzing project plans, estimations, resource (manpower) procurement plans and contractual terms.
3 - Induction of new joiners.
4 - Planning and developing training programs.
5 - Performance management & Improvement systems.
6 - Educating supervisors on how to effectively conduct the process/discussion with subordinates & intervention of one level higher for effective & smooth flow.
7 - Policy development and documentation.
8 - Issuing Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Certificate of Employment letters.
9 - Employee relations.
10 - Compensation and benefits administration.
11 - Developing guidelines and policies for manpower planning, manpower Retention, grievance handling.
12 - Implementing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health plans.
13 - Responsible for preparing the salary structure of various grades of employees.
14 - Organizing for induction of new joiners.
15 - Coordinate with HR Manager for Manpower planning, manpower retention, grievance handling.
16 - Responsible for leave management.
17 - Preparing and updating of employees database for MIS (Management Information System) support and operations.
18 - Responsible for planning and conducting performance appraisals, 360 degree feedback.
19 - Conduct Exit interviews including complete settlement of all dues, if any.

- Went to Sri Lanka, India and Philippines to recruitment and interviews more than 1500 candidates in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
