Leader of contractor Management Compliance Team
•Presenting contractor's performance with SADARA executive managements.
•Lead ofSADARA contractors' HS&E KPIs monitoring performance.
•Evaluate the company HS&E Plans and procedures prior to contract with SADARA.
•Lead of Contractors Traffic Violations program.
•Lead of Contractors HS&S operational Violations program.
•Lead of Contractors technical evaluation program prior to see the company performance base on contractors agreed periods.
•SADARA HS&E Representative of contractors' pre-qualification program.
•Team mentor to emphasis the success of the company development program for operational and technical levels.
•Implement any new regulation and requirement related to Governance, responsible care. And assure the compliance on site.
•Provided oversight for a team of two HS&E representatives.
•Review management of change process and confirm the HS&E in compliance.
•Monitor the repetitive compliance tasks, events action tools, and operation dashboard.
•Ensure that Company HS&E Policy communicated and understood by all affected personnel (SADARA/Contractors).
•SADARA Interviewer of all HS&E contractors' employments program. Leader of Contractors' compounds Audit program
•NEXANT and Royal commission focal point of weekly meeting and semiannually report of SADARA contractors' compounds quality of life.
•Monitor HS&E inspectors to inspect contracts compounds in quarterly basis and ensure our requirements are implemented.
•Follow up with contractors' managements leaders' findings till closure. Leader of Contractors' Heavy Vehicle & Equipment's inspection
•Monitor HS&E inspectors to inspect and approve Contractors' HeavyVehicle & Equipment Safety stickers prior to enter any site
•Follow up with contractors' management leaders for findings till closure.
